HELLO, HOW ARE YOU? I WANTED TO KNOW , IF MY SOIL PH LEVELS ARE BETWEEN 6.3-6.8, WILL WATERING WITH MY TAP WATER THAT IS 8.4  RAISE MY PH LEVELS IN MY SOIL? IF THE PH LEVELS IN THE SOIL IS RAISED CAN I US SOME TYPE OF DOWNER IN THE WATER TO LOWER IT TO THE SAME PH LEVEL AS THE SOIL? BY THE WAY I AM USING OCEAN FOREST FOX FARM SOIL

Hi Kwanda, Alkaline water will raise the pH some.  How much depends on your soil type and how much water it retains.  However, fertilizer lowers the pH.  I would invest in an inexpensive pH meter (you can find them under $30) and monitor it on a regular basis to determine the effect your water is having.
The equipment to adjust your water pH can be quite pricey so it's easier to adjust your soil pH should you need to.  A little sulfur or aluminum sulfate can be used to lower it, a little lime or baking soda to raise it.
